Feeling stuck? Want to thrive instead of just survive? Relieve, don't Relive trauma
The heart is a remarkably powerful electromagnetic organ, producing 60 to 1,000 times more energy than the brain, making it the most influential organ in the human body.
When we endure emotional pain, such as grief or loss, we often feel a tightness or discomfort in our chest and throat, commonly referred to as "heartache." This highlights the heart's significance as a central aspect of our being, with our subconscious instinctively working to safeguard it.
In response to severe emotional distress, our subconscious may create what is called a "Heart Wall," an energetic barrier designed to shield the heart from further pain. This Heart Wall consists of accumulated emotions that form layers around the heart, protecting us from stress and trauma. While this protective mechanism can be helpful initially, it may eventually hinder our ability to connect with others and to experience joy.
It can trap emotions and prevent us from fully expressing ourselves. Therefore, releasing a Heart Wall is often a crucial step in the balancing process.
Addressing a Heart Wall can be beneficial for:
Releasing these emotional barriers can help restore emotional health and improve overall well-being!
Meridians have been used in Eastern Medicine for centuries. These energy pathways were mapped and utilized for acupuncture treatments for rebalancing Qi, or the Yin and Yang Life Force Energy in the body. In recent years, imaging has been able to correlate these pathways made up of stable clusters of polarized water that oscillate and transmit energy at the speeds of light and sound through meridians. The Governing Meridian is the main branch of this superhighway that connects the body's communication systems. These meridians help direct certified energy therapy and attribute to our overall emotional health.
"More recently, modern physiologists have put forward the “neural hypothesis” stating that the clinical influence of acupuncture is transmitted primarily through stimulation of sensory nerves that provide signals to the brain, which processes this information and then causes clinical changes associated with treatment. Although additional research is warranted to investigate the role of some of the structures identified, it seems clear that the peripheral and central nervous system can now be considered to be the most rational basis for defining meridians. The meridian maps and associated acupoints located along them are best viewed as road maps that can guide practitioners towards applying acupuncture to achieve optimal clinical results."

Systems within the body are made up of grouped synergistic and related areas. These include:
Imbalanced circuits relate to the connection between systems and can be broken out into categories such as:
The percentage of affected areas can be determined with I.R. and communication pathways restored.
The organs of the body perform specific functions. Imbalances occur that affect their ability to perform, or the organ's themselves may be distressed and will generate negative emotions. Organ systems include:
Glands produce needed hormones with the body. Glands can be affected by energetic imbalances due to stuck emotions too. Glands often identified are:
Cycles and rhythms work with the body's natural flow of energy and strengthening.
Restorative sleep ties to these cycles of influence and balancing through the Diurnal Cycle and Circadian Rhythms we are all subject to.
The Diurnal cycle begins with the lungs and ends with the liver in specific peak times. Areas are:
Circadian Rhythms
Circadian Rhythms are reoccurring patterns within each 24 hour period that are directed primarily by the hypothalamus and all biological activities such as brain wave activity, hormone production, cell regeneration etc. can be linked to their corresponding times to support:
Chakras, or Energy Centers have been known by many cultures in Eastern Medicine for centuries. Western holistic approaches have adopted these beliefs which have also been tied to yogic traditions and the rise of popularity in Western culture associated with them.
Each of the Seven Chakras, or Energy centers, have actual physiological 'brain' cells that are responsible for the management and functioning of the organs and systems within them. They should be balanced, open and allowing fluid flow of energy. Chakras can become misaligned as well as energetically imbalanced.
They are identified as follows:
1. ROOT CHAKRA: located at the base of the spine and is associated with feelings of safety, security, and stability. Here are some key aspects of the root chakra:
Element: Earth – This connection to the earth emphasizes grounding and physical stability.
Color: Red – This vibrant color represents vitality, energy, and the physical body.

Blockages: Often arise from feelings of disconnection, lack of purpose, or spiritual skepticism.
A Whole Rainbow of Frequencies!
Like everything else that makes up our universe either inside us or surrounding us, color carries their own unique signature and vibration. Each color resonates with it's own vibration and too much or too little of those specific signatures may cause imbalances in the body.
Color deficiencies can occur if we avoid certain colors due to negative associations, lack of exposure to a particular color, or if we have an imbalance that is blocking our ability to absorb that color's specific frequency.
We can also experience imbalances affecting to too much exposure of a certain color on a continuing basis, or not in balance to exposure to other colors, or we have an existing block to being able to release enough of the vibration of specific colors.
Remedies after releasing any associated imbalances include exposure to opposite colors, or adding more of the needed color, through clothing, pictures, noticing the color in nature, etc.
Colors and their attendant vibrational frequencies have the power to affect our moods. Associated stuck emotions can inhibit our ability to feel certain things. But colors, like anything that affects us individually...can affect us subjectively.
Your subconscious mind knows how your body is interpreting the vibration and frequency of any given imbalance, excess or deficiency related to color.
Below are just a few of the emotions that can be associated with specific colors:
Colors are also associated with specific frequencies (in hertz, Hz) in the electromagnetic spectrum, particularly in the visible light range. Here are the approximate frequency ranges for each color:
These values are approximate, as the perception of color can vary based on context and the medium through which light is observed. Light and energy therapy can help your overall emotional health.
Whole Food Health
It would be a huge oversight not to include the impacts that nutrition has on our physical, mental and emotional well being.
Just recently Harvard’s Dr. Chris Palmer suggested that foods causing sensitivities can worsen ADHD symptoms, and he indicated that a higher protein and lower processed carbs diet may cause significant reductions in symptoms.*
With the SAD diet (Standard American Diet) contributing to a national health crisis, the rise of convenience foods over the last 50 years, the mass production of farmed proteins feeding fast food chains, the denuding of nutrient rich soils, is it any wonder our bodies, minds and hearts are breaking down?
The Body Code™ helps identify nutritional requests for help through your subconscious. Various foods may be identified as important to consider adding into your diet, supplements such as vitamins or minerals, herbs and spices, essential oils such as Bach Flower Remedies, and hydration.

A Spa Day for Healing? YES!
Lifestyle as a consideration in the Body Code ™ relates to areas of focus such as sleep, made up of different stages throughout the cycle of the night where your body maintains and heals various systems in specific cycles.
Lifestyle may also include both mental or emotional fitness such as stress processing to help release the stress hormones caused and trapped energy of anxiety, spiritual support, or creative pursuits.
At times the subconscious may indicate need for a physical activity such as a need for movement, body work (such as shiatsu massage, cranio-sacral therapy, chiropractic care, reflexology, acupuncture, etc.), to move the imbalances caused by stress and anxiety.
Focusing on a detoxification routine such as infrared sauna, a clean diet with live whole foods, a parasitic cleanse, eating primarily whole foods, fasting to rest the organs , colon cleansing or drinking more water.
(Any therapy your subconscious identifies as potentially beneficial should be entered into only under the supervision of a licensed health professional.)
Toxins affect the body both physically and energetically and at times the imbalance may be caused by the actual physical property, or by it's energetic signature.
These can be from any time in your life. Sources include things like dental toxins, biological poisons from poisonous plants, venoms, or microbial poisons. There are also food toxins that affect the body such as flavor enhancers, sweeteners, preservatives, GMO foods, and dyes.
Toxins may stem from exposure to pharmaceutical or recreational drugs. (Note: Not all of these may be from direct sources, some may be due to contamination such as in water systems.)
Further toxins such as heavy metals like: Mercury, Cadmium, Lead, Aluminum, Arsenic, etc. can build up and cause imbalances.
Excess stress hormones can create toxicity along with free radicals, or metabolic waste. Electromagnetic radiation such as X-rays, or radio frequencies and Environmental toxins such as those in cosmetics, cleaning products, building materials or agricultural use can affect the body.
Pathogens, Germs, Microbes
Pathogens include contaminants such as Mold, Fungus, Parasites, Bacteria, Prions or Viruses. These can be in both or either form; energetic or physical.
Mold organisms are opportunistic and difficult to avoid. Mold can grow anywhere in the body, damaging tissues and creating troubling symptoms including:
Viruses are extremely small (1/100th bacterial size), and invade healthy cells, taking over the reproductive machinery of the cell in order to duplicate and then spread to other cells.
Prions are pathogenic particles containing misfolded proteins. Unlike other pathogens, prions do not replicate, but can trigger other normal proteins to also fold abnormally.
Biofilms are created in the presence of microorganisms that combine to create a slimy, sticky protective barrier, but are also recognized as a complex biological system..
Fungal organisms are everywhere, and there are over 300 types that are known to be pathogenic to humans. These organisms may be difficult to avoid in day to day life, thus, the best defense against fungal infection is a strong immune system. A fungus can begin to grow anywhere in the body, damaging tissues and creating troubling symptoms. Fungal pathogens benefit from the host having other co-infections due to their weakening of the immune system.
Parasites are organisms that grow, shelter and feed in the body of a host. They are rarely deadly, as they are dependent on the host for their survival. Parasites could create no symptoms at all, or a wide variety of symptoms, including but not limited to:
Bacteria are single cell organisms. Most strains of bacteria are harmless, but a few can be dangerous, cause infectious diseases and are contagious.
Everything is energy!
IF you magnify your hand to an atomic scale...you'd find you are mostly made up of empty space! If we stripped out all the energy and space between atoms and protons, we could fit the entire human race in a box the size of a sugar-cube.
What that underscores is that at the sub-atomic level everything is interacting continuously with everything else via energy.
In metaphysics, the concepts of energy, vibration, and frequency are often interconnected and relate to how the human body interacts with the universe. Here’s a breakdown of these terms:
Energy:
In a metaphysical context, energy refers to the life force or vital energy that flows through all living things. This concept can encompass various forms, such as physical, emotional, and spiritual energy. The human body is believed to be a conduit for this energy, which is influenced by thoughts, emotions, and external environments.
Vibration:
Vibration refers to the oscillation or movement of energy at different rates. Everything in the universe, including the human body, resonates at specific vibrational frequencies. Higher vibrations are often associated with positive feelings, health, and spiritual awareness, while lower vibrations relate to negativity or illness.
Frequency:
Frequency is the rate at which a vibration occurs, typically measured in hertz (Hz). In metaphysics, frequency can be considered the specific "tune" or resonance that a person, object, or situation emits. For example, individuals who practice meditation or mindfulness may raise their frequency, leading to improved well-being and alignment with higher states of consciousness.
While energy is the overarching life force, vibration refers to the movement of that energy, and frequency quantifies how often that movement occurs. Together, these concepts illustrate how the human body interacts with the universe's energetic landscape, influencing physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
These are also the principles that allow the connectivity of energetic interactions across distance...we are truly all one at a quantum level.
The Energetic Body can be impacted by numerous types of energy trauma. These include post-traumatic events such as physical trauma, physical-emotional shock, or recovery interference.
Offensive energies may consist of curses, entities, cording, post hypnotic suggestion or saboteurs.
Mental Energies include some buried beliefs that show up under 'will to' or 'no will to' do, know, or be something.
Broadcast messages are the energy of a vibrational frequency that is stored in the body and continually sent out, similar to a message from a radio tower.
Memory fields can develop from events that are troubling and difficult to move past, or if any memory or type of memory is often recalled.
Trapped, compound or heart wall emotions may also show up in the energy body.
Working through these various types of energies allows us to identify and release what have become stuck trapped emotions, and are causing imbalances within the energy body.
Imbalances in the energy body often translate to imbalances in the physical, mental and emotional body.
This is at the heart of it!
Everything is energy!
Allergies: Physical and Mental
Physical Allergies
Physical allergies typically arise when the subconscious mind forms an erroneous link with a specific substance during periods of significant emotional or physical stress, whether gradual or immediate.
This substance is then perceived as an allergen by both the subconscious and the body, resulting in an adverse reaction when this allergen is encountered in the future.
The subconscious might develop a physical allergy as a defensive strategy, aiming to protect you from the stress associated with the allergen. Consequently, one can develop an allergy to virtually anything.
Symptoms can encompass a wide range of physical and immune responses, including inflammation, respiratory difficulties, nasal congestion, sinus irritation, itchy eyes, and various forms of hypersensitivity.
Idea Allergies
The concept of "idea allergies" describes an excessive sensitivity or reactivity to certain thoughts, beliefs, or concepts, much like how individuals can have physical allergies to particular substances.
An idea allergy typically emerges when the subconscious mind establishes a flawed or negative association with a specific idea—encompassing any thought, feeling, concept, event, action, person, place, or thing.
This often occurs during episodes of prolonged or sudden emotional or physical stress. The idea then becomes perceived as problematic by the subconscious, leading to a negative response whenever this idea is encountered or might be encountered in the future.
The subconscious may generate an idea allergy as a means of protection, aiming to shield you from the stress linked to the idea and to prevent a recurrence of past stress. Thus, an individual can develop an allergy to virtually anything.
Symptoms can vary from mild to severe, including self-sabotage, emotional volatility, avoidance behaviors, phobias, and even physical symptoms related to stress. The subconscious can manifest any number of symptoms to steer clear of the idea.
Psychological Impact
Just as physical allergies can trigger immune responses, idea allergies can provoke emotional or psychological reactions. When faced with certain ideas, an individual might feel anxiety, anger, or discomfort. This emotional strain can have physical manifestations, resulting in symptoms like tension headaches, digestive issues, or fatigue.
Cognitive Dissonance
Encountering ideas that clash with personal beliefs or values can result in cognitive dissonance. This mental unease may initiate stress responses within the body, impacting overall health. Prolonged stress can give rise to various physical conditions, including diminished immune function and cardiovascular problems.
Social and Environmental Factors
Idea allergies can also affect social interactions and relationships. An individual who reacts intensely to specific ideas may withdraw from social situations or enter conflicts with others, leading to social stress. This isolation can further affect both mental and physical well-being.
Mind-Body Connection
The mind-body connection highlights the significant influence of our thoughts and emotions on physical health. Ongoing negative reactions to certain ideas can result in chronic stress, which can produce various physiological effects, such as heightened inflammation and hormonal imbalances.
Reactions to specific ideas can have tangible effects on the body through psychological stress, cognitive dissonance, and the mind-body connection.
Addressing these reactions may involve mindfulness practices, cognitive behavioral techniques, as well as holistic quantum methods to identify and rectify any imbalances caused by physical or idea allergies.
Energetic Reverberations
These usually occur from larger groupings of emotions. Emotional reverberations can be compared to an emotional ringing in the body, much like the ringing that continues after hitting a gong with a mallot.
Seeking Heart Energy
The heart is designed to feel joy, love and other positive emotions, and is the core of a person’s being. If the heart is unable to experience these positive emotions, it can become desperate for something pleasurable— it is in situations like this that the vibration of seeking heart energy can be created.
When the heart gets a hint of joy from some activity or substance, it creates this vibrational frequency and keeps reverberating, in order to get more of that pleasurable activity/substance.
The magnetic quality of this energy is specifically designed to attract substitutes for joy and love. These substitutes often end up being inappropriate, extreme, harmful, and/or pleasurable things.
Seeking heart energy has the potential to cause other obsessive, compulsive, addictive, or destructive behaviors.)
Current Symptoms
Current Symptoms as directed can help bring awareness of imbalance in the body happening at the time of testing.
Sickness Memories
These are reverberations of a sickness that wasn't able to be processed completely at the time of occurrence.
Spirit-Body Break
Another factor could be the breakdown of organ communication between the spirit and physical bodies.
Miasms
Lastly energy can become stuck through a miasm which is a reverberation of an illness and is passed down by an ancestor.
These are some of the ways our energy body can be compromised.
Dr. Bradley Nelson, founder of the Emotion, Body and Belief Code, chiropractor (ret), author, speaker and holistic health expert, focusing on the concept of energy medicine outlines energetic reverberations—essentially the vibrations and energies associated with emotional and physical states—as potentially and significantly impacting the health of the human body in several ways:
Emotional Energy
Dr. Nelson emphasizes that unresolved emotions can create negative energetic patterns or blockages in the body. These trapped emotions can resonate at certain frequencies, affecting physical health and leading to various ailments. By addressing and releasing these trapped emotions, individuals can potentially restore balance and improve their overall well-being.
Energetic Imbalances
He posits that the body has an innate ability to heal itself, but energetic imbalances—caused by stress, negative experiences, or emotional trauma—can disrupt this healing process. These imbalances may lead to physical symptoms or chronic conditions.
Vibrational Frequency
Dr. Nelson teaches that everything, including the human body, has a specific vibrational frequency. When a person's frequency is altered by negative experiences or emotions, it can lead to dis-ease. By raising one’s vibrational frequency through techniques such as energy balancing, meditation, or emotional release practices, individuals can improve their health.
A Holistic Approach
His approach combines physical, emotional, and spiritual health. He advocates for recognizing the interconnectedness of these aspects, suggesting that addressing emotional and energetic issues can lead to improvements in physical health.
Energetic reverberations profoundly affect human health by influencing emotional states and creating physical manifestations of energy imbalances. Addressing these energetic issues is seen as crucial for achieving holistic health and well-being.
Programming
Programming refers to collections of trapped emotions that continue to influence us over time. These can manifest as despair anchors, mental images, or limiting beliefs that shape our subconscious perspective of the world.
Despair Anchors
A despair anchor is the energy associated with a negative statement that the subconscious mind accepts as a truth.
The subconscious functions like a computer, actively seeking to verify or fulfill this perceived truth.
These anchors typically arise from intense or repetitive negative thought patterns, often linked to feelings of despair, self-harm, resentment, and shame.
While these trapped energies can impact external circumstances, their primary effects are internal, influencing emotions, self-perception, and fostering a cycle of negative thinking.
Mental Images
A mental image represents the energy of a picture that is often trapped in the subconscious but may also be located elsewhere in the body. Regardless of its location, the subconscious recognizes this image as a truth or directive, striving to manifest it in any way possible.
An image can stem from a real event, a recalled memory, something imagined, or even a symbolic representation (such as a teddy bear on a shelf signifying loneliness). These images can hinder progress in various areas, including personal goals, health, relationships, and self-image, depending on their nature and significance.
Belief Systems
The Belief Code™ is a specialized approach developed from Dr. Nelson's work to address faulty core belief systems that form throughout our lives in diverse situations. Many of our early experiences and environments significantly shape our subconscious beliefs.
During the first seven years of life, a child’s brain primarily operates in a 'recording' theta-wave state, which does not typically allow for contextualization or clarification of experiences.
This can lead to the establishment of faulty core beliefs when the brain makes faulty absolute statements and accepts them as truth.
Consequently, the brain acts to reinforce these beliefs or to protect us from situations that may have caused past harm.
While we often outgrow the need for such connections, we may remain unaware of the core beliefs influencing our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
For instance, someone struggling to lose weight may have formed an association in childhood where being noticed felt unsafe, linking body weight with a sense of safety. As adults, this belief may no longer hold true, yet the subconscious continues to drive behaviors in line with these outdated directives.
Belief systems can be likened to a tree.
The seed represents the faulty core belief that takes root.
This seed is nourished by the soil, symbolizing a flawed core identity.
The trunk grows upward,
strengthened by limiting beliefs.
The branches extend outward, representing negative programs that run in the background, influencing how we think, feel, and behave.
Finally, the leaves of the tree illustrate the emotional imbalances that sustain the belief system.
With the aid of the Belief Code, we can identify and release these faulty core beliefs, freeing up mental space and allowing us to challenge and discard beliefs that no longer serve us.
Like many forms of trapped energy, these beliefs can also be absorbed through suggestion or inherited from ancestors.
Are you ready to explore what may be preventing you from achieving love, success, health, wealth, or overcoming other limitations?
Let's see what can be done!
Curses
A curse is a potent negative energy that may originate from an external entity, another individual, or even your own subconscious mind. The purpose of a curse is often to obstruct, undermine, or disrupt the recipient’s life, healing process, connection to a higher power, or actions in some manner.
Similar to trapped emotions, a curse consists of energy that becomes lodged within the body’s energy field. Curses can arise from the subconscious as an expression of negative emotions, or they may be intentionally crafted with a specific (often harmful) goal in mind.
Entities
An entity refers to a spirit or energy being that can influence the physical body, the energy body, or the aura, potentially leading to a variety of issues. Entities can range from mildly disruptive to significantly negative, with varying degrees of impact on health and overall balance.
There’s no need to fear entities any more than other forms of energetic imbalances.
Cording
Cords represent negative connections between individuals that can lead to mutual irritation, codependency, and heightened vulnerability to each other’s negative energies. These connections are of a lower vibrational frequency, and even cords formed with good intentions (often subconsciously) can become harmful over time.
Suggestions
A post-hypnotic suggestion is a negative vibrational frequency in the form of a statement that becomes lodged in the subconscious mind, originating from outside influences rather than your own thoughts. Vulnerability to these suggestions can arise from existing imbalances.
Exposure to specific types of repetitive music or other vibrations may desynchronize the brain’s hemispheres, opening the subconscious to suggestion, much like the state of hypnosis.
Post-hypnotic suggestions may stem from entities, negative individuals, or adverse vibrations found in music, video games, or other entertainment during the desynchronization phase.
These suggestions can lead to distressing symptoms, including:
Saboteurs
A saboteur is a potent negative energy, often originating from another person, aimed at harming or undermining the recipient.
These energies can be likened to invisible weapons or control mechanisms, primarily generated by the subconscious as expressions of negative feelings toward the individual. Some saboteurs may also be self-inflicted, particularly in cases of chronic self-abuse.
Saboteurs can result in physical discomfort and hinder the healing process. None of these energies are inherently more concerning than other imbalances.
Recognizing where they manifest, and identifying and releasing them, follows a similar process to addressing other trapped energies.
Utilizing The Body Code™ can assist in identifying any of these imbalances and facilitate the removal and redirection of the body's energy toward achieving balance.
