What Remote Sessions Are Like:

 

  • Sessions are conducted remotely over Video Meet or Email
  • The session begins with a brief conversation and intake 


We will discuss:

  • emotional concerns 
  • stress patterns 
  • physical symptoms 
  • behavioral concerns (for pets) 
  • current life situations or recurring struggles 


I use the holistic methods of the Emotion Code® , Belief Code® and Body Code™ as the session framework:

  • Muscle testing is used remotely/surrogately rather than direct physical arm testing 


The process is intended to identify possible: 

  • trapped emotions 
  • energetic imbalances 
  • belief-related patterns 
  • mind-body stress connections 


Once identified, the session focuses on releasing or clearing those imbalances using the Emotion Code®/Body Code™/Belief Code® processes.

  • Sessions are  supportive wellness work rather than medical or psychological treatment 
  • The body's own systems often respond to improve results


The experience should feel: 

  • calm 
  • supportive 
  • emotionally safe 
  • gentle 
  • reflective 
  • Clarifying
  • Interesting


Some clients may notice immediate emotional shifts or relief, while others pursue multiple sessions over time for ongoing wellness support.
